Precision Mapping with Advanced Technologies
(GPR) Surveys
Unlock the secrets beneath the surface with our advanced GPR surveys, designed to detect and map underground utilities with exceptional accuracy and depth. At Profind we can give you a detailed scan of what’s within the ground beneath of up to 10 metres, giving you the reassurance of services found and for you to carry out your works safely.
(EML) Services
Our EML technology, will make excavation and planning safer it will allow to accurately map routes of underground metallic, water and gas pipes, cable ducts and other metallic services. Identify cable services such as telecoms, cable television and CCTV. Where services cannot be directly connected, the
transmitter can be placed on the ground directly above and a signal induced into the cable.
PAS128 Survey
PAS128 – All underground utilities, such as electrical networks, sewer pipelines and telecommunication networks are mapped with a high degree of accuracy. There are four survey types with the PAS128 standard, with Type B being the most commonly instructed. If you are unsure what type is required, our team is on hand to discuss your project requirements and advise which type is needed.
GS6 Assessments
Our GS6 suparule detection evaluations are specifically designed to prevent OH cable strikes, you can reduce risk and improve safety, by having one of our team give you safe working heights away from cables and documentation of a completed GS6 form of the cables identified.

Radiodetection’s FlexiTrace
Profind Surveys Radiodetection’s FlexiTrace is a flexible rod containing conducting wires running the full length of the rod, with a transmitting sonde at the end and can be inserted into pipes and ducts where size restricts the use of larger diameter sondes or Flexrods. When used with our Radiodetection locator and transmitter, the FlexiTrace can be used to trace the line of the pipe or to locate blockages and collapses giving you the reassurance of the exact location of the problem encountered.
